Different ways to take Kratom

Finally, a simple method is ingesting powder with your food or drinks. Usually people make tea with it. Use the liquid that strained from boiling the powder with some water. You can drink it hot or cold. It results in better and more consistent effect. Otherwise, you can add the Kratom powder to yoghurt or protein shake. Latter is better to taste the flavor for longer. But taking Kratom on an empty stomach is better, so this method is not effective.
Right dosage for Kratom
It is so important to measure the Kratom dosage as accurately as possible to prevent any overdose and the risks involved with it. It depends on several factors such as the user’s age, health, and several other conditions. You can determine the dose based on the strain of Kratom and the form which you find convenient.
If you are taking Kratom for the first time then you should start with 2 or 3 grams on an empty stomach. Wait for 30 or 40 minutes, you will get the result. If that is not enough, then you can take 1 or 2 grams again. A lower dose should also help you avoid tolerance.
In the case of regular users for lighter effect it is better to take 2 to 4 grams. 4 to 6 grams provide medium effect and 6 t0 8 grams lead to sedation. More than 8 grams produce very powerful effect which is very sedative. So avoid using high doses.
If talking about the capsules, most capsules contain 500-666 mg of powder. Some extra large capsules contain up to 1000 mg of Kratom. You can decide the number of capsules by calculating the amount of Kratom you need.
